TransAlgae's Board of Directors

Mr. John P. Driscoll serves as President of New Markets at Medco Health Solutions, being responsible for the company's consumer-driven programs, insured solutions and business development, both domestically and internationally. Prior to that, Mr. Driscoll worked in Oak Investment Partners, a venture capital firm, where he served as an advisor on health care investments from January 2002 through May 2003. Mr. Driscoll held the position of Executive Vice President of Walker Digital from January 2000 to December 2001. Mr. Driscoll also served in a number of senior positions at Oxford Health Plans from 1991 through 1999, including, most recently, as its Corporate Vice President, Government Programs.

Mr. Driscoll is an MBA graduate from Harvard School of Business.

Dr. Daniel Gressel is the president and founder of Teleos Management, LLC, a global macro hedge fund based in Stamford, CT, USA.
From 1988 until forming Teleos in February 1991, Dr. Gressel was a portfolio manager at G.T. Capital Management. From 1986 to 1988, He worked as an economist for G.T. Management (Asia) in Hong Kong. From 1984 to 1986, he traded futures and options for his own account on the Comex and New York Futures Exchange. Dr. Gressel taught economics and consulted from 1978 to 1993, teaching at Baruch College in New York and Catholic University in Santiago, Chile. He currently serves as a director of Teleos Asset Management, LLC and the Yankee Institute, a public policy think tank.
He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University in 1976, and an M.A. in 1978 and Ph.D. in 1984 in economics from the University of Chicago.
 

Mr. Sasson has a proven record of leadership and strategic thinking in various innovative projects in the Governmental agencies and industries.
Mr. Sasson has a B.A. in History from Ben-Gurion University, and an M.A. in International Relations, Strategy and Security studies from Tel-Aviv University.
